This page sets out the returns policy and basic website terms for txpr.uk. This website is operated by TXPR. The brand name and registered trademark TAXPAYER belong to TXPR.
By using txpr.uk or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping
Delivery times shown on txpr.uk are estimates only. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur during busy periods, product drops, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your delivery details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please order carefully and check the size guide thoroughly before placing your order.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you will need to return your original order and place a new order, subject to availability.
Your Right to Return
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging where possible.

Do not send items back without first contacting us, as we will need to provide you with the correct returns address.
Return Shipping
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, regardless of location, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend sending all returns using an insured, tracked service. TXPR cannot be held responsible for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Refunds will not be processed until the returned item has been received and inspected by us.
Condition of Returned Items
Items returned worn, washed, damaged, marked, scented, altered, or without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Where an item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value, up to the full price of the item. You will be notified of any deduction before it is made.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
Original standard delivery costs may be refunded where required by law. Upgraded, express, or premium shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights. Where the issue is confirmed, we may offer a suitable solution, including a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation and your legal rights.
This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect washing, or failure to follow care instructions.
International Orders and Refused Deliveries
For orders outside the United Kingdom, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by TXPR or TAXPAYER.
If a parcel is refused or returned to us due to unpaid import duties, taxes, customs charges, or failure to accept delivery, any outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, or courier fees incurred may be deducted from your refund.
Products and Availability
We do our best to display product colours, images, descriptions, sizing, and details accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Product availability, prices, and descriptions may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, cancel orders, or discontinue products where necessary.
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will be refunded.

All payments must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, incorrect, or placed in breach of these terms.
